Our grass-fed beef is available by the Whole, Half, or Quarter.
Our heritage pork is available by the whole or half. We currently have 5 hogs available for Oct-Nov butcher dates. $3.50lb hanging weight.
Customer pays their own processing fees.
$100 deposit for half a hog
$200 deposit for a full hog
Balance will be due as soon as the butcher calls me with hanging weights. Cut sheet is due 1 week before hogs go to butcher or standard cuts will automatically be done.
Our grass-fed lamb is available by the whole.
Limited Availability of fresh chicken and geese eggs.
Available seasonally - Fresh Cut or Pick your own sunflowers, fresh cut wildflowers. Produce available occasionally.
